Billing Process


Each customer's water meter is read bi-monthly. Once read, a bill is sent to the customer for the amount of units used during that period. One unit of water is measured as CCF (One Hundred Cubic Feet) which equals 748 gallons. Please see our rates for more information.


Method of Payments Accepted

In Office: Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday we accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards at our office located at 2400 Francisco Blvd., Pacifica.

Online: Payments made online on our website are received the same day. You may choose to use your credit or debit card to pay online. Please note: Payments made through the customer's own banking service online may not be received for up to 10 days.


AutoPay: AutoPay is an easy, convenient, and secure way to pay your water bill. AutoPay automatically transfers funds from your credit/debit card or checking/savings account each cycle to pay your water bill; no more writing checks, buying stamps, or forgetting your payment. Your AutoPay date is determined by your bill due date and can't be changed. Continue to pay as usual until you see "Draft Pending/Do not Pay" on your bill.
