Devil's Slide Tunnel Project-West Alignment
The State of California, Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is constructing a major public improvement project known as the Devil’s Slide Tunnel Project that involves the construction of a new roadway to replace the existing California Highway Route 1 between the City of Pacifica and Montara. Caltrans has requested that the District provide water service to the Project. In order to provide water service to the Project, the District will need to construct, maintain, and operate new water pipelines. Addendum No. 2 can also be mailed by the District to the plan holder if requested in writing with a check in the amount of $25.00 for mailing. The bid opening for the West Alignment Pipeline Project has been postponed until further notice. The District will contact plan holders the week of January 9th with the date of the rescheduled bid opening.

Sealed proposals for the Water Transmission Pipeline Project West Alignment, Project 1117-125A, will be received by the North Coast County Water District (NCCWD), until 2:00 PM on January 13, 2012 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and tabulated.
