At the December 6, 2010 Special Meeting of the Board, the Board of Director’s awarded JMB Construction the Pacifica Recycled Water Pipeline Project (1116-301). The Pacifica Recycled Water Pump Station/Tank Project (1116-300) was also awarded to JMB Construction.
