Customers may pay anytime using this service. Dial 833-262-5908 and have your account number and property address ready to complete payment.

Pay Online 

Our online customer portal allows customers to review water consumption, billing history, and to schedule payments. Visit your online account here. All payments made on our website are received instantaneously. For first time use, have your account number and service address ready to complete registration. 

Pay In Person at Our Office

The District office is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Payments accepted include cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards. Please note our new location: 80 Eureka Square, Suite 219 on the 3rd Floor.

80 Eureka Square Payment Drop Box

The lobby at 80 Eureka Square is open between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.  The payment drop box is conveniently located in the lobby near the street facing windows. View Photo of Drop Box

AutoPay - Direct Debit Checking Account

Simplify your life by never mailing a payment again! To use AutoPay through your checking account, download this form and return to the District office with a voided check.

AutoPay - With Credit Card

AutoPay automatically transfers funds from your credit/debit card each cycle to pay your water bill. Visa and Mastercard accepted.  To set up, make sure the District has your correct email address on file and then log-in to your customer account online by clicking here.

Paperless e-Billing

To sign up for paperless e-Billing, please contact the District office at (650) 355.3462. All you'll need is a valid e-mail address and account number.

What is e-Billing?

e-Billing is the electronic delivery of a bill. Your bill will be sent directly to your email inbox and will look similar to your current paper bill.

All you need to do is to call our office at (650) 355 - 3462 and provide a valid email address.

Do I need to create a user ID and password?

Our e-Billing solution does not require registration with a user ID and password. You will not need to register on a website. Your bill will be sent directly to your email inbox.

Can I unsubscribe from the e-Billing service?

Yes, you may unsubscribe from receiving your bill electronically at any time. Simply unsubscribe by calling Customer Service.

Is e-Billing a free service?

Yes, e-Billing is a free service. There is no charge for signing up and receiving your bill electronically.
