All payments made on our website are received instantaneously. For first time use, have your account number and service address ready to complete registration.
Between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday we accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards at our office located at 2400 Francisco Blvd., Pacifica. Online: Payments made online on our website are received the same day. You may choose to use your credit or debit card to pay online. Please note: Payments made through the customer's own banking service online may not be received for up to 10 days.

What is e-Billing?
e-Billing is the electronic delivery of a bill. Your bill will be sent directly to your email inbox and will look similar to your current paper bill.

Our e-Billing solution does not require registration with a user ID and password. You will not need to register on a website. Your bill will be sent directly to your email inbox.
Can I unsubscribe from the e-Billing service?
Yes, you may unsubscribe from receiving your bill electronically at any time. Simply unsubscribe by calling Customer Service.
Is e-Billing a free service?
Yes, e-Billing is a free service. There is no charge for signing up and receiving your bill electronically.
