PUBLIC NOTICE (Friday, October 17, 2025):

NCCWD Headquarters Relocation and Temporary Service Interruptions

We’re excited to share that we are relocating to our newly constructed Headquarters office at 2400 Francisco Boulevard! Here are some important announcements regarding our moving timeline next week:

Our current office at 80 Eureka Square will permanently close to the public at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17.

Our office at 2400 Francisco Blvd. will officially open to the public on Monday, October 27. (We will be temporarily closed to the public for in-person services the week of October 20, 2025)

We anticipate a temporary service disruption on Monday, October 20, that will impact our phones, online payment portal, and pay-by-phone payment system. If you are unable to reach us or make an online payment during this time, please check back in the afternoon. Additionally, any cash or in-person payments and office visits will need to be postponed until we officially reopen on Monday, October 27.

Although the office will be closed to in-person visits the week of October 20th, our Customer Service Representatives will continue to provide support by phone and email. Scheduled services, including in-person water audits and leak checks, will continue without interruption and will be unaffected by the move. We will monitor our payment drop box located in front of the double doors at 2400 Francisco Blvd.

We appreciate your patience during this transition period and look forward to welcoming you at 2400 Francisco Boulevard!

Thank you,

North Coast County Water District

About your Bill

Each customer's water meter is read bi-monthly, or every 60 days. Once read, a bill is sent to the customer for the number of units used during that period. One unit of water is measured as a CCF (One-hundred cubic feet) which is equivalent to 748 gallons. Please review our Rates and Fees page for more information on how your bill is calculated.

Bills are due on or before the due date specified on your billing statement. Delinquent accounts will be assessed a $10 late payment fee. In order to avoid the late fee, your payment must be received by the District by 5:00 pm on the date it is due.

What to do if Your Bill is Past Due

Contact the District office at (650) 355-3462 to discuss payment options with Customer Service.

Discontinuation of Water Service for Non-Payment

Under the guidance of Senate Bill 998 (SB 998), the Water Shutoff Protection Act, the District is required to provide a written policy for discontinuation of water service due to non-payment. We encourage customers who may be facing financial difficulties to contact our office to inquire about payment plans to manage past due balances. Customers who need to discuss options for averting discontinuation of water service for non-payment under the terms of this policy can call a Billing Representative at (650) 355-3462.

The District's Residential Termination Policy Effective February 1, 2020, is available to read in the following languages and can be accessed below:
