On September 18, 2025 on what would have been his 87th birthday, the North Coast County Water District formally dedicated the Headquarters building to former Board President, Jack Burgett. Mr. Burgett served on the North Coast County Water District Board of Directors for 12 years, including three years as Board President and three years as Board Vice President. During his tenure, he was extremely involved in the planning, design, and advocacy of the Headquarters Upgrade project.
